Just like the 2x Viguro that you battle previously, it's just two Seru that are supposed to overwhelm the characters. The health in these guys is relatively low, but the damage is very high. Like the 2x Viguro, it is indeed possible to capture their power into the Ra-Seru. Maybe making sure you have the Ivory Book equipped before fighting them will help your chances in capturing one or both.
