And WHEN they pass the law (cuz it will happen) I'm headed to DR... Which thanks to being middle class... I'll be rich... 13-15$ here is worth about 500 DR dollars... So I'm told by most Dominicans >_>
And seeing how 99% of America are middle classed and below; the microchip stuff will most likey be passed... Seeing how only the rich use money when going to a doctor or something..
