I think that base 12 would be called dodecimal, but that's largely speculative. Then, there would be tridecimal, quartadecimal, pentadecimal, etc. To answer the question I think you're asking, yes, you could construct numbers in any base that you wanted, but since only binary, octal, decimal, and hexadecimal are of practical use, those are the only ones with names.
