It's only healthy if you purchase and eat the exact sandwich advertised to be healthy along with the same size, without a drink or side with it....and making that the only thing you eat for lunch or dinner.

Of the choices listed, either Wendy's or White Castle. But the closest White Castle to where I live is a full six hours away in St. Louis, or four hours if there's some in Kansas City.

Good thing they have frozen ones in grocery stores. Although it's just not the same.

I've never actually eaten at a White Castle, to be honest.

its not filling.... its like a .86$ for each sammich and there like 600-980cal. depending on what you buy here.... thats what i saw the last time i went to a white castle around here...

White Castles are not 600 calories a sandwich. They're like 150 apiece, or ~180 for a cheeseburger.

Of course, it's a 3/4 ounce piece of meat on a 2 inch square bun, so take that as you will.
