Why do people seem to 'hate' legaia 2?
well not hate per-say... but ppl seem to be annoyed by legaia 2 when its compared to legaia 1... i love legaia 2 and 1 as equal... well... like legaia 1 as my youngest daughter and legaia 2 as my favorite granddaughter
so why? is there something in legaia 2 that turns people away...
an example would be to look at this forum and compare it to the legaia forum! go ahead, compare.... little to no activity here... so lets talk legaia 2.... whats you're favorite part of legaia 2?

The main deal I have against Legaia 2 is the cliche phrases and acting in it. However, the gameplay itself and story line is still very awesome in my opinion and I do really like the game a lot for its side quests. But...just something about the first game will never be boring or upsetting.

Well my personal beef with it is that when I got it I was all looking forward to playing a sequel of Legaia... Which I found out as I played, it wasnt. So ill always hate it a little bit for getting my hopes up like that lol

I hadn't even heard of Legaia 2 until I saw it at Gamestop for $5. I decided to pick it up and while it was alright, it wasn't anywhere near as entertaining as the first.

its funny cuz i found legaia the same way.. except i found it for 20 bucks... i sequeaaled like a lil baby female pig... and i jumped up and down for my mom to buy it....... it was worth the embarrassment.... i payed 20... lucky.. the second and third copy i bought were 5.. and i had to purchase them from different parts of nyc
i find nothing worng with the gameplay... i think the last boss battle was better than legaia 1's it was like kingdom hearts... i was nowhere near prepared to fight avon like 16 times! lol i find legaia great too..... it expands more than legaia 2.. they could have done better on that part

...wait...you fought a makeup company in the final battle? I thought you fought Ol' Gold Eyes. EYE LINER OF DOOOOOOOOM! But seriously, I thought Legaia 2 was pretty awesome. Especially all the mini-games and side-quests and collectibles it offered.

Legaia 2 was solid all around, but it just didn't feel as...alive as the first one.

i think the thing is that ppl dont like it because you get lots of power compared to legaia 1
its like kingdom hearts 2... youre much more stronger than kh1 and once you get final form and to lvl 65 or so... the game is boring..... i kinda felt that way about L:DS for a while.... but the secret bosses kept me entertained for awhile.... especially the skeletons in the whole sewer rescue.. 6 bosses at once.. i approve...
