I'm good with it.

We would probably have an easier time if we just did a chatroom that supports voice/mic in addition to text chat.

I think Skype/Tinychat works just fine. I suggested implementing a group video chat a LOOOONG time ago (maybe 3 years ago-ish). Never got approved.
