I'm pretty sure Power Elixirs have cemented themselves as most broken item in the game, possibly even more so than the Evil Talisman. If you watch the run today, you might just get to see Noa deal 87,000 damage in one round to JuggerCort.

Power Elixirs are firmly cemented as one of the most broken items in the game, along with such powerhouses as the Ebony Jewels, Defender Chains, and Evil Talisman.

And is it really time effective to use him due to the long animation and high mana cost?

It's not the summon itself that helps shave off so much time - it's the talisman's effect. Equiping the talisman reduces encounters.

Mostly for the Good Luck Bell effect; I only use the summon on a handful of boss fights.

I discovered I can save a lot of time by getting a PS2 with faster load times than my ancient PS2. And better mashing.
