Finally beat PaiPai!!

Well the ultimate weapons and armors are really good. But it's not like they're absolutely necessary to beat the game or even the hidden bosses if you work your skills and accessories right. Sometimes I even switch them out for less powerful equipment. For example, Lang's 4th best shoes (Ruler Leggings) have AP Attack which is amazing when paired with Max AP or even by itself. His most powerful shoe armor doesn't so I use it less often even though I got it.

I'm trying to get them all this time for completion sake.

Some of the final equips are worth getting though. Like Maya's ultimate robe give her massive DEF boosts AND HP Recover. Lang's best gloves give him Item Grabber, which is worth having in the final dungeon. Sharon's best shoes give her No Surprises and Anti-Petrify. Not to mention they all have the best stats and lowest weights.
Personally I think their best effect is the low weight, which makes you able to equip more accessories. And we all know accessories are THE things that make a character good in this game. I swear they're like the materia from FFVII...

Back when I first beat this game, I used a programmable controller to wipe the floor with PaiPai. I still have it, as a matter of fact. No way am I going to bother getting THAT good at something just to never do it again.

The rice and the dart game are 2 of the heavens secrets that I passed up time and time again...I think I got the dart game once maybe but I don't have the patience for it and the rice game...forget that. Then of course I never got the nickname one but the rest I'm pretty sure I've gotten at least once.

I really don't like the dart game at all, but the rice planting isn't too bad for me. I just managed to pull a 14.66 on the Rice Planting - I am curious what people's fastest times are, and what tools, if any, they used (such as an emulator, or a programmable controller).

The dart minigame is the last one I need to complete. And sadly that is a required nickname to get the Heaven's Secret from the nickname guy.
