Don't know how far you can go with cheating, but here it is.

It would probably help if we could filter these results.

Instead of trying random enemies, let's establish 1 enemy and try to see how much damage we can inflict onto said species. Heligagas is a good one, lets all try to wipe out test our strength on those.

By breaking the some of the game rules;
1. Maxed my all stats
2. Custom made 11 accessories and equipped them all (that's impossible normally)
3. In battle buffed myself to the max (including 0AP cost), de-buffed the enemy (UDF/LDF=0)
4. Full-power defense skill activated
5. 3xRaging Fang 1xThunder Sky (+2x Attack rate) = 56 hits

So in short, without modding you can't get that high and the damages posted earlier in this thread are probably very close to what is feasible to attain in a stock game.

Yeah that's the big difference between these games--it's so much easier to deal heavier damage in the successor.
