"I dunno what to do about this slime, Hickle. I met it outside town and it has been following me ever since. Is there anyone in town who would know more about what to do with this thing?"

"Here you go... And to be honest, I'm not sure. I've heard of people getting these things to follow them, but they always eventually leave when they want to. There's no telling as to why they follow or for how long they will. So it might just be time?"

G-Pow walks over to the tavern and rents a room for 5G. (So, is this like a hotel with a bar in it? I've never found a tavern that'll let me sleep there.)

"Sorry, slime. You sleep outside. You'll get the room all icky."

(Yes, Tavern/Inn as some of them were designed in the middle ages)

As G-Pow is getting up, he notices the slime sitting next to his bed. Also, one of G-Pow's wolf pelt's have gone missing.

G-Pow looks at the slime.

"...Ok, couple questions. Why would they let you in here, why do you keep following me, and why did you take one of my wolf pelts?"

There's a dry green trail from the door to the slime and also on the bottom of the door, as though it squished itself to fit through the bottom of the door.

The slime continues to just sit there and "stare"

The Green Slime, absorbing the damage, starts to realize that G-Pow means to do harm. So it moves away from him a few meters and "stares".
