Fighting the Bees (mini boss in Rim Elm)

So then my first guess was right- only 4 enemies.

I bet Vahn could do it solo if set up right. The key thing though would be to have Gimard level 9...I would think it would 1 hit the weak bees and after those ones are down it shouldn't be too hard to kill the queen...surviving/defense would be the hardest part probably. I kind of want to try it now .

Also I never use it cause it feels like a cheap item but maybe you could get the point card high enough to severely hurt/kill queen bee right off the bat.

The point card could work, but lvl 9 Gimard won't help you. You can't use magic during that fight.

I don't think that Vahn could beat the fights below level 16-17, just because bees have high Agility and you need to be able to survive two rounds of attacks so you can alternate between healing and dealing damage. Thankfully, the killer bees don't have that much HP, so they can go down pretty easily.

Alright I did some tests...and it is very sad. Seems the battle is 100% ambush so you take all 4 of them hitting you..healing would be pointless because best you could use is a healing leaf and they will do over 200 damage in a turn no matter what. It would take some mad grinding to be high enough level to take these guys on alone.

My test was at level 8..and they 2hit KOed me doing about 540 HP. I know that damage would go down as you leveled(due to higher defense and hopefully some/more blocks) but still I think you would need a good 1000 HP or more to stand a chance even with the point card ready to 1 hit the queen. I don't remember them being so brutal 'dizzy.
