Songi (First Fight)

Just realized why mp is such a big deal for you guys. Gala is my healer, so he doesn't need to much mp for that battle. Now I understand why you wouldn't do it.

I usually do find myself using Theeder in this battle, but with a combination of arts as well. In my last fight against Songi, I used Theeder the first two turns, healed, used Gala's Hyper Art, and kicked his butt. I usually always make sure to get a Theeder but it's usually only at level 1 at this point, and I've never raised it past level 2... \

My speedrun strategy for Songi is to fire off two Theeders and finish with a Thunder Punch. The good news is that Songi 1 has a speed stat of 8, so Gala will basically always go first. His HP is 888, and a level 1 Theeder generally does in the 420 range, making it a close fight. Just have to realize that 2 Hyper Wave = Death.

A speed run fights Songi 1 at level 3, if I remember correctly.

I never have much trouble with him. He is one of the few bosses that Gala can outspeed, so you can heal if you think the next attack will knock you out. Defender Chain helps a bit here, too.

Songi Prt 1 Was easy....Problobly due in fact that you fight him only with Gala.
