Plot suggestion: The world of "Repo: The Genetic Opera" except that the oligarchy that rules the world is actually SNSD. Red and Lone are coldblooded enough to be Repo Men themselves in this world. Lone has the habit of throwing a frozen bottle of sprite at his target before repossessing their organs.
