Final Fantasy (and any other RPGs) Topic!

FFXV's combat looks pretty good so far, truth be told. Though I'm not digging the character designs. The setting (from what I've seen so far) looks like half-and-half for me. Could be fresh, but also kinda worn out.

I don't think I'm gonna like Noctis tho.

Consider myself a perpetual optimist, but I'm hoping all the best for FFXV. The Behemoth looked look, hopefully the characters will be better. I'm liking the setting, looks like the effort to put in something completely original and and new this there. Though I feel like I said the exact same thing for FFXIII.

But...but...why no Paine? Honestly, her (optional) backstory was better than the disappointing main story! And she was hot! Don't get me wrong, I loves me some Rikku but WHY NO PAINE!?

Actually, yes. I did like Paine's character. So she can be in it too. But since I like Rikku more, Paine can have a secondary story again.
Speaking of Paine, did any of you also wonder if she was related to Lulu? I mean, they're the only two people in ALL OF SPIRA with red eyes. And their whole black garb, dark hair goth/emo look is pretty limited to just them two. Maybe the story would be more in-depth about Paine's background. Not just her Crimson Squad history but her origins, her childhood, where she's from. Maybe she and Lulu are from a remote island/nation/race that was destroyed by Sin before FFX. And they could even be long lost sisters!! Paine being the younger one, of course. And a major part of the main story would be to explore this land/ruins and find out tons of info on their ancient technology/magic/secrets, all the while bringing Paine and Lulu into the picture, with Rikku leading the party.

I like Yuna too. I probably like her physical features the most out of all 3 girls from FFX-2. But I feel like her story's already played out and she pretty much got her good ending (and perfect ending if you did everything right lol). Plus FFX was a lot about her even though it was Tidus narrating. And FFX-2 was entirely about her, with Paine here and there.
I feel like Rikku hasn't been given the spotlight she deserves despite having helped save the world TWICE. Third time's a charm and it should be Rikku herself saving the world this time.

You pervs only like ff10-2 because it is so loose xD I hated it... to a extent. Loved the way they did jobs in that game. first time they did a job system since ff5 and none since ff10-2 has come agian ;_;
