Red looked around. He had finally reached its destination. "Finally."

Red set Marelle down by a tree a few yards away. He wanted her to be close enough for him to keep watch, but far enough he could hear her if she tried to attack him again.

"What a b***h. Now, where is it?"

Red looked around the area until he finally found it; The West Voz Genesis tree. Red could feel the powerful energy that it radiated. "Time for action." He said as he took out the BoG. Red walked up to the tree and gave a quick prayer, when he was done he slowly touched the tree; with both his hands and the BoG. He wasn't getting any response other than a slight warm feeling in his palm.

Are you looking for him?

"So, there are Ra-seru in these trees. No wonder they are so special."

Are you looking to call him forth?

"I would like to meet or obtain him. I don't plan on leaving him out forever."

The one you wish to see is asleep. The Blade of Genesis acts as a communicator. We can help you in battle until the mighty Teig calls for us, but we cannot help you in awakening this Ra-seru.

"So, if you can't help me, can I bring him out myself?"

"Like, stabbing the tree?"

Not exactly. The blade will absorb the energy the tree releases. Just pray while the blade touches the tree.

"Understood."

Red put the blade by a root of the tree, and then knelled to pray. The only he prayed, the more Red could hear the blade. It sounded as if it was hit it with a rock and it began to vibrate. When Red opened his eyes, the blade was actually vibrating.

Ouch, what the the the the the hit me? Oh yeah, that bastard. Where is Ram? Where's that BWWWAAAAKK!!!?

Marelle surveyed the area. Her eyes caught Red. She took her blade out, but she put it back when she saw what red was actually 'doing'.

I think it would be better if I watched. What's he doing? Planting some bomb?..


Marelle observed Red for a good 5 minutes, nothing was really happening, but there was this ringing that was driving her crazy. Red was talking in a weird language, it made Marelle flinch, but continued to watch.

What is he? Some type of alien?

Marelle was losing patience; right before she gonna attack Red again, her Seru came out. They began to look at the tree, one of them even started to walk towards it. Although Red didn't notice it, his Seru were acting weird as well. They came out without command and walked around freely; as if Red wasn't there. Red's gimard and vera even approached Marelle and her Seru; Vera healed Marelle and Gim discussed something with the other 2 gimards.

Marelle started to get a headache. "What's going on here?" Marelle started hearing voices coming from Red's direction.

"Hujadkau.... g..."

She could hear it (Very faintly) but no matter how hard she tried, she couldn't understand anything it said. When the voice was done Red had gotten up and reached for the blade. "!"

Red started muttering words. "It's show time."

He swung his blade at the tree. Red was worried it would hurt the tree; or worse, himself.
But instead, the blade completely synchronized with the tree's energy. The blade completely went through the tree. It went with such ease that Red felt as if he had swung at the air.

Catch the egg!

"What? Oh crap!" It had just occurred to Red that there was an egg at the curve of the blade. He turned towards it, but it was too far away; and his Seru were too scattered off. The only person close enough was; Marelle. "MARELLE, CATCH THAT EGG!"

Marelle didn't want to do favors for Red of all people, but almost as if instinct, she reached for it; much to her dismay. She looked at the egg before she even thought of giving it too Red. It felt, almost live. Like she was holding a new born baby; it made her smile, slightly.

Red ran up to Marelle. "Oh my GAWSH! I thought I was screwed!" Red reached for the egg, but Marelle moved it away from him. "What is this??"

"A Ra-seru egg. Give it!" Red reached for the egg once again, but Marelle had freakish long arms. "Move back or I'll drop it!"

Marelle's threat made Red yelp like a puppy. "No! Don't! That's a RA-SERU!"

"It could be Teig for all I care!"

You know what? ...I don't like her.

"Shes a handful. Don't worry, I won't let her hurt him."

Marelle started up again. "You see? Wha-- Who the the the the the are you talking to?!"

"I explained all of this already!"

"You're too much of a bigot for me to believe you."

"Then that's your problem, give me that egg."

Marelle grabbed her Seru and her bag. "You want it? Come and get it!"

Marelle bolted away with Red's egg.

"Forget about her. She won't make it far."

Red turned back at the tree. It seemed less, radiant.

"What happened to it?"

That action weakened it. It's no longer as strong as it should be. But it is still strong enough to do its task when the moment arrives.

"What t-"

Gimard ran up to Red. Master! She's getting away!

Red realized gimard was right. He packed up his things and went after Marelle.

I think we can still catch her.
We have our own problem.

"!" It hadn't occurred to Red that HE WAS IN THE WEST VOZ FOREST. A place crawling with monsters. There was a chance that-

There could be big, and really hungry monsters here.

That roar came from the direction the girl went.
I think the girl is in trouble.

Red ran towards the direction Marelle ran before. "Great. More work."

*K7 saw DV getting an evil grin on his face from holding the egg... so he went over and took it from his hands real fast. Right after grabbing it, DV's eyes grew extremely inhuman... To the point that K7 felt like just passing it back to him. But he held back and remembered the things he could do with this egg.*

Before you react to me taking this, let me explain to you that I can get you more power than you can receive by this alone if you let me study it first. Without me doing so, you ----

*There was a loud screech, similar to the sound they both heard earlier*

...It seems that the creature is headed this way. Let's get the the the the the out of here.

*K7 stored the egg in his bag and started running, with or without DV.

Ram fell through the darkness, his vision useless during this decent of pure black. He reached his arms out fully, trying to decern if walls existed around him or if he was in an ocean of darkness.

His fingers brushed against something rocky moving fast. Then he remembered, it wasn't moving, he was. He grabbed his blade and stabbed it into where his hand had reached out. It struck into the rocky area, but it didn't slow his decent.

His blade cleanly cut down through the wall, like a hot knife through butter, and he continued to fall. He had hoped his blade would be able to keep him held in place for a few seconds at least but it didn't seem like that was going to happen.

As he continued to fall, Ram mentally prepared himself for the impact. He kept saying that it wouldn't be as bad as he imagined it would be, even though he wasn't exactly sure. However after a half an hour with no skull shattering impact Ram wasn't so sure there would ever be an end.

"What the the the the the?" Ram held his blade with both hands and called for his fire again. It blazed around the weapon and illuminated the area. Ram looked around and laughed. He wasn't falling, he was being held in place by 8 Novas, 4 above him and 4 below him. They were generating a wind tunnel like affect. and the wall he thought he touched had just been the debris they had blown up.

"You bastards!" Ram shouted. He let his flame grow stronger until it enveloped both him and the Novas. Once the flames died down, Ram was left in a dark room surronded by 8 Nova corpses. "I'm tired of this place already."

*the creature distracted DV for a moment, in which K7 grabbed the egg and began to run. Not wanting to lose sight, DV followed K7. *

"You won't get away from me so easily" dv said quietly to himself

*As K7 was running, he could hear footsteps starting to close in on him from behind. He could only hope it was DV over whatever creature it was that screamed. As K7 was just thinking that, he saw something at the corner of his eye - quite shiny. He stopped immediately and stepped back, and turned to look into the hall. There was some kind of hole in the ground and the ceiling... Tons of eggs were going from the top hole into the bottom. As K7 looked to his right, he saw DV close in on him.*

Well, it looks like both of us can have an egg if we can grab one of those... However, I'm not sure what that hole is about. It might be some abyss that'll kill us for all we know. So it's up to you if you want to attempt in grabbing one.

Okay K, heres what happened:

I set up a opening for the tree's death when the mist hits
The girl gets attacked by a monster I'm still thinking about.

"Whatever.." DV said growing even more annoyed that before. Before he could grab an egg, another earthquake shook the place and DV became seperated from K.

*DV blacked out briefly and found himself in an empty room with no doors*

"Perfect..."

DV began to smack walls with his weapons in hopes to find a hidden doorway or something. Suddenly he heard footsteps behind him.

"So we meet at last". a hypnotic female voice spoke

DV turned around and shook his head in disbelief. The woman... the statue woman... was alive!

"This... is this a dream?" dv said while blinking repeatedly

"No... and you disappoint me". she replied

*DV said nothing and readied himself for anything as he walked closer towards her.*

"Why do you continue to resist me? We can become so powerful if you accepted me. And I don't appreciate you abusing my powers.."

"Get over it already" dv retorted.

"Join with me.. we can wield a power far greater than you can imagine." she said, holding out her hand

"Hmmm..." dv said as he slowly circled around her... still trying to figure out if it was a dream or not. Then without warning, because warnings are for girls, DV slashed her throat open with his hooks. He kicked her a few times to make sure she wasn't moving and ripped off a necklace from her lifeless body. Once her wore it, he was overwhelmed with a surge of tremendous power and was in ecstasy for several minutes.

when he came too, he felt better than ever and a portal appeared in front of him. Since there was noway in or out of the room, he walked through it

*Upon seeing DV disappear from the random quake, K7 didn't want to wait any longer in this place. From the texts, he knew very well that this "hole" was some kind of portal. As to where it led, he had no idea. K7 was about to turn around to find another way out, but turned to see a large creature. The creature screamed at K7 - the sound that him and DV were originally avoiding.*

So... you found me... Crap. Looks like I have no way of getting out of this alive, except...

*K7 turned to see the portal. Immediately, he jumped into it, grabbing hold of an egg he saw through it. He was then traveling in what felt like an infinite darkness. The fear that he would never get out of this overwhelmed him, but he was at the same time relieved that he wasn't slaughtered by the random creature. So, all K7 could do is wait for him to either die of starvation or show up in a new location.*

Marelle flipped back several yards; trying to recover from the sneak attack she just parried.

"What the the the the the are you?"

Suddenly a huge green lippian appeared. It didn't look like most lippian, it had to be 12 feet tall, with veins throbbing through its neck, an extremely long arm on one side, with a short arm on the other. Its most obvious feature was a gobu gobu body sticking out from its fat, swollen lips. Marelle watched in disgust as it slurped the beast as if it was a noodle; with no precautions about its armor or even bones.

"Marelle!" Red yelled as he ran up to her and the unusual beast. "What the the the the the is that thing?"

"I don't know! You're a scientist or something, you tell me!!"

Red tried to analyze while the beast did the same with Red and Marelle; after a few seconds he just started to chuckle. "Looks like... a big monster."

"You ⌂_⌂. ANSWER!"

"In all seriousness, I don't know. It looks like a lippian, but it seems it practically went swimming in toxic chemicals or something. Makes sense since lippians are immune to alot of poisons."

Marelle stopped listening to Red's annoying voice and just disregarded him period. "What ever, I'm going in."

"Wait, you know nothing about it! Gimme back my egg!!!!!"

Marelle looked at her small blade. "No way that'll get through." She inspected the area and found a dead draken soldier with armor and everything. The armor itself was rather rusty, but the sword was as if it were new. "Yes. Yo! I'm going for that blade."

Red quickly found the blade Marelle spoke of. It wasn't very big, or at least not as big as his blade, but it could certainly do more damage. But there was one flaw Red saw in Marelle's plan; and it was probably the reason the beast was attacking them.

"Marelle, tell me how you encountered this beast."

Marelle stood still as she figured out her route to the blade. "I was fighting some gobu gobu until this thing ate them and rushed for me. Ever since you showed up, it has been analyzing us. Whatever, I going in!"

"Marelle wait!"

When Marelle stopped, the beast attacked.

"DARN IT RED!"

"MOVE BACK RIGHT NOW!"

Marelle jumped back and the beast calmed down. "Whats going on?"

"That thing is a she."

Marelle looked at Red in curiosity and disgust; it was either he was seeing something she didn't see, or he spent the whole time looking for something she didn't want to think about. "What?"

Red pointed to the nest a few yards from the sword Marelle pointed to. "That, it nursing eggs. But something concerns me. It looks peaceful, but the fact that there's human remains here, I think it eats humans. There's a chance it could be from Conkram."

Ordinarily, Marelle couldn't care less, but the fact that this beast could eat innocent humans didn't sit with her well. "So you gonna kill it or what?"

"Might have to. Can't imagine a beast like this running around not hurting people. How about this, I will distract it while you get your less-awesome-than-mine blade."

Marelle hated relying on Red. But its not like she can handle this thing and expect to leave unscratched. "Fine. How you wanna do this?"

"I'll make a direct approach towards it/her, while you go around."

Marelle nodded in approval and ran off towards east while Red ran straight at the beast. "Time to die."

Red took the few second he had before he came into contact to fuse with kemaro. He may need the defense.


Red took out his blade and yelled to grab the beast's attention. The beast took a lippian's attack stance, Red expected the large arm to attack him, seeing how its the biggest arm, but to his surprise, the lippian lifted its small arm and roared. Its short arm extended an impossible length compared to its former size. Red barely managed to defend; the long arm sent Red in its path. After about 10 seconds, Red crashed into a tree. He looked up, extremely pissed off. "You bastard.

Red grabbed the arm right before it zoomed back to its original position. Red readied his blade as he got closer. As soon as he got close enough, Red slashed at the disgusting beast. It yelped in pain; it might have been Red's imagination, but it looked like it was getting bigger. Red started muttering multiple analysis he made about the beast, after a few quick second, he came to a conclusion. "No wonder you're so big, you grow with pain. Beating you won't be easy will it?"

Red jumped back and called out Vera. "Vera, try healing its wounds!"

Marelle watched Red from a distance as she ran to the blade. She grew extremely annoyed when she say him about to 'heal' the beast. "This ⌂_⌂ is an idiot. Whatever, once I get the blade, I'll kill them both."

Marelle ran as fast as she could, she was so close yet so far from the sword, it was irritating the crap outta her. "Come on!!"



When Vera finished healing the beast, it had a rather opposite affect than what Red expected. It didn't shrink, but rather, it acted... Domesticated. It sat in front of Red as if it expected orders; like a dog.

"........Sit?" Almost as if automatic, the beast sat. "So it knows human language huh? Well I guess Marelle doesn't have t-"

The beast interrupted Red with a huge roar. Then, only seconds after, it ran towards the east. Red tried to see why it was running, then it hit him; Marelle should have been in that direction.
"Crap!"

Marelle was only a few feet away from her new weapon before the beast ran towards her. Only having a few seconds, she grabbed her current blade and tried to defend in any way possible.

Despite its size, it can run faster than Marelle and possibly Red. He was afraid he wouldn't make it.






Then... A light could be seen coming out of Marelle's pouch.

Its about time!
Oh goodie!

Marelle could feel her bang practically beating like a drum. Within the second, her pouch ripped open and the egg started to glow. It was so bright that even the beast couldn't face its direction.

He appears stuck.
Lets help.

In the blink of an eye, the BoG started to glow as well. The light of the blade made the egg shined brighter. It kept doing so for another 10 seconds until a cracking like sound could be heard coming from the egg itself until a complete shatter is heard. When Red and Marelle were finally able to see, they saw that the eggs of the beast had completely evaporated and the beast was completely stunned.

Marelle and Red were stunned to see a floating.. Seru.. just spinning there. Marelle wasn't sure 'what' it was, all she knew was that she didn't want Red to have it til Ram was back home with her. She ran after the egg as fast as she had ever ran.

....

Marelle jumped for the seru as it seemed to inspect her, but after half a second, it suddenly dashed towards Red.

Red gave it an approving nod. "Yes, I accept, Amzo." With that the Ra-seru latched to Red's right arm and adjusted to Red's wrist-size. As Red processed everything Amzo told him, Marelle picked up the blade and aimed it towards Red.

"I bet he healed it so it can kill me." Marelle charged towards Red, ready to finally slay him; then the beast woken from his previous ailment. "Ugh, just stay dead!"

The beast went to go observe its eggs. As soon as it processed they were gone, it went mad; letting out a massive roar that practically shook the earth. The roar brought Red back to reality.

"Crap." Red dashed to Marelle. He felt... Lighter somehow. He was able to run in between Marelle and the beast faster than he expected. "Sit," Red commanded the beast. It started to sit, but refused and went to attack at the site of Marelle; who it blamed for the disappearance of its/her eggs.

Its arm almost extended over Red at a really fast speed (Possibly 60 miles per hour). But Red completely stopped the attack with his blade. The beast grew madder as time went by. It tried to go around Red to get Marelle several times, but Red blocked every attack with ease. Even Marelle was speechless.

"I said: SIT!"

After a few more failed attacks, the beast sat; just as Red ordered.

Marelle, still shocked, managed to spit out a few words. "What are you? You just DEFENDED AND DOMESTICATED A GIANT BEHEMOTH!" Marelle jumped out in anger. "What the the the the the are you?!?"

Red disregarded everything Marelle said.

Forgive me, I would cleanse/destroy this beast if I were stronger.

A small stream of light (dark blue in color) rushed from the blade to the Ra-seru; the Ra-seru then changed shape slightly.

Red stuck out his right arm and an angelic, yet rather small, orb of light floated from Amzo to the beast. Only a few seconds after making contact, the beast started to disintegrate.

Red began to walk back to the exit. "Okay Marelle, lets go. Loot from the dead all you want now."

Red left Marelle, who was twitching in hate and confusing.

"What the 猿が大好きだよ just happened?!"
