b/c Legend of Dragoon was more popular than Legend of Legaia and there is actual fan demand for him on boards and polls (though pretty minimal) whereas Vahn was mentioned by one person (me!)

BIG UPDATE ON CHARACTERS:
Dante (Devil May Cry) - unfortunately it's the reboot version, which is DRASTICALLY inferior to the original >_>
Spike (Ape Escape) - Don't really care
Evil Cole MacGrath (inFAMOUS) - So Cole MacGrath will be using the hero powers while this evil one will utilize the villain powers in the game. Pretty cool
Raiden (Metal Gear Solid) - Wut...No Solid Snake? Actually this makes sense since Rising is coming out soon.
Nariko (Heavenly Sword) - Yay! I KNEW IT
Sir Daniel Fortesque (MediEvil) - YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YEEEEEEEEESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS
