Does anybody hate xain as much as I do? That sob it soo annoying... I fought him yesterday and he almost killed me like 30 times.... So i Pwned him.... MANY TIMES W/ my point card... 9999

I've never had too much trouble with him. He can be pretty annoying, though, as he tends to knock out Noa if he hits her when she's not spiriting that round, even if she's at full health. When I fought him earlier today he did 3 points of damage more than her maximum health.

I never use my point card until the fight with Koru in the ravine. I've never been able to beat him without emptying my point card all over him first.

When I first fought him I was 12-14 and he pwned me more times than I have actually hitting seru's within the whole game!

Heh, Xain is one of those bosses that everyone else seemed to hate that I never had a problem with. I always found Xain pretty easy - well, basically all of the enemies with a charge attack. Berserker, Che Delilas, Jette and Cort usually ticked me off the first few playthroughs. Sometimes Gaza round 2 would get to me also if I was careless with my health since he doesn't warn you before the Neo Star Slash attack.

I use to have some problems with them
Problem was I am always imperpared or underleveled so unless I train like with gaza 1&2 (I was unprepared to fight any boss at the moment) but after some training sessions I was the king of the world

It's really Xain's bloody horns that knock me out often... But besides the fact you can use Nighto - Berserker is by far the hardest boss I've ever fought on Legaia. Gaza pt.1 is runner up on that. The other bosses are hard too, but not as bad as those for me.

Ehhh I never really found berserker to be AS hard as Xain but other wise yeah. He was hard
I remember me and my friend were trying beat him and i got 16,543 I believe

I have a tendency to seriously overlevel in this game. Normally I fight Xain at L20-21. He's still a pain in the rear, but he doesn't last too long when you get the War Soul in Vidna and have Noa Frost Breath -> Tempest Break and deal around 1600 damage to him at once.

I usually level up quite a bit at certain points in the game. It's generally:

1: Drake Castle, back room (Vahn to 7)
2: Mt. Rikuroa (Noa to 7)
3: Before West Voz (Gala to 6-7)
4: Before Zeto's Dungeon (Party to 12/12/10 or so.)
5: Before Berserker (Party to 15/15/14)
6: Underground Path (Party to 19)
7: Dohati's Castle (25-26)
8: Nivora (33)
9: Rogue's Tower (42-43. I also start leveling the high level summons, including Mule, Iota, Slippery, and Gillium - I generally absorb him at the Absolute Fortress entrance).
10: Outside of Juggernaut (50 or so.)
