I have confirmed: Bumper Crop is NOT necessary to get the Rice Planting Heaven's Secret. I got a time of 15.91 with only 27 seedlings planted, and PaiPai did give me the Heaven's Secret. See attached photo. It's a little blurry, since my heart was racing and I couldn't hold the camera very still, but you should be able to make out the Planted: 27 Seedlings and time of 15.91 seconds.

So I noticed your list of items shows most of the permanent stat-boosting items can't be acquired other than the chests you listed. I know this is wrong for most of them. Back when I played almost 20 years ago, I was working on a list. Unfortunately I never finished it back then, but I am working on doing so now and will update this after I complete it, though it will probably be a few weeks, maybe more like a few months. What I have now:

Life Water can be stolen from an Ironman.
Magic Water can be stolen from a Spoon.
Power Water can be acquired (not stolen) from an Ironman.

I know this list was incomplete because there were other items I had acquired/stolen from enemies before I created the list, which is why I created the list: So I wouldn't need to remember what I had already forgotten. XD
Anyways, I'll update this when I finish the list, just wanted to point out your info about those items is definitely not accurate.

Actually it's not implying that it's the only way you can acquire the items. It's just that I never got the website updated to consider how you can obtain it from enemies. So it's not wrong There's a thread here somewhere that talks about all the items you can get from monsters/Seru too.
