I can confirm that Maya's Art: Raging Sky has a chance to inflict Spellbind on the enemy. Sadly, I wasn't able to get a picture confirmation of this.

Also, her Nether Gate inflicts... silence, I guess? Whatever status effect stops the use of MP moves; I think that's Silence?

Anyway, I've been doing some work with accessory combining, and your page is missing the top-tier accessories. As it turns out, the Winged Ribbon and the Healing Ribbon are the highest-ranked accessories that you can purchase, but there are even more powerful accessories available through combining.

For example, Winged Ribbon + Healing Ribbon = Muscle Ribbon.
Combine that Muscle Ribbon with another Winged Ribbon, and you get the Sagely Ribbon. Take that one step further with a third Winged Ribbon and now you have the Tireless Ribbon, which possesses the powerful Max AP Skill (think Mettle Goblet) when fully leveled.

You can keep combining up the ladder to get to the final rank of accessories, the Earrings. The game's "ultimate" accessory is the Flash Earring, which possesses the 2x Attack skill when leveled - this is the War God Icon effect.
