"Well, Olivi? I'm not sure what to do now. We gotta kill those imps for our quest, but there's just so many of them..."

G-Pow drinks two Minor Healing Potions. Recovered 10 HP!

Olivi reaches into her bag and drinks both Minor Healing Potions and a single Good Healing Potion.

Olivi's HP: 12 -> 32

"Retreat for now, resupply, and regroup, I think. I think that we should train our minds and bodies so we will be better prepared for the next time." Olivi looks visibly pained and stressed out, and it's pretty clear that she's emotionally drained, if not physically. "Darn it," she says to herself. "Why can't I get stronger?" She starts to cry, but recognizes that now's not the time for that sort of thing.

"Let's head back to town. I need a minute to calm down, so if you don't mind taking the lead..."

"You win some, you lose some. Don't take it too hard. We can try later. I'm sure this quest will be here for a long time if the two of us together couldn't succeed."

The party moves south, to [26,M].

[Nightshade]

"Yeah, I guess..." Olivi is sobbing, but she's feeling a lot better than a little while earlier. "Let's head back to town and regroup, okay?"

They continue south to [26, N]

The night starts to come to an end, as the daylight starts to come up over the horizon.

"You know... we weren't outmatched by much. I bet we can beat them next time with a little luck."

G-Pow's party heads to [26,O].

[Nightshade]

"I like the way you think. We'll get them next time, just you wait!" Olivi lets out a cheerful smile as the party continues back to town, entering [26, P]

G-Pow moves the party to [26,Q] and enters town.

"Olivi, I'm gonna check out the shops before we head out to fight those imps again. I'll find you in town after I finish."

G-Pow heads over to Xelson's shop and enters.

[Nightshade]

"Agreed. I'm going to try to find a better weapon to use against those imps. Let's meet by the north gate when we are ready to head back."

Olivi had previously earned 150 G from some work she had done in town before they left to fight the imps. Something about helping some gentleman proofreading a bunch of informational postings relating to various locales, enemies, and the like; she couldn't point out exactly what he looked like, but she did recall fixing a lot of missing and misplaced apostrophes. She decides that now is as good of a time as any to spend this money which she had cleverly hidden from her new party member.

She decides to head to Hickle's Odds N' Ends.

Xelson sees a guest and responds, "It's not often people come here... How can I be of service?"

Olivi:
Remembering Olivi, Hickle exclaims, "Well hello there! Are you here to see what items we have in stock?"
