Gala's Starting stats are:
210 HP
40 MP
30 ATK
43 UDF
30 LDF
15 SPD
20 INT
80 AGL

Source is the TV screen right in front of me showing it to me directly.

TV's lie, I've seen them do it....Lol jk. I always thought it was funny that Noa, who (no offense) seems kind of dumb and lived in a cave most of her life has the lowest INT with Gala the not so smart monk comes in 2nd and Vahn has the best INT being the one who went or tried to go clear to Drake Kingdom on his own, and seems to be open-minded.

Vahn only has a base INT of 9, which is less than Gala's 20 base.

I have a spreadsheet that I compiled with all the information, but I can't attach Excel spreadsheets.
Will try to find a workaround.

Hmm when I checked (when all three characters were like level 10, but the same level) Vahn had #1 on INT with Gala #2 and Noa #3, Vahn must have greater INT gains in the early levels or something, or maybe he just had good RNG and surpassed Gala.

No, I think it's just that Vahn had some good levels and Gala's were lackluster in the RNG department. Also remember that there may have been Stat Water involved in your game, as well as if you were making sure to check the base INT against the full INT (including armor bonuses)

Thank you so much, Nightshade! It's a good thing you checked, now I can confirm the game designers made no errors on Gala's stats. I'm going to go with calling them errors or oversights since all of the starting stats are the same except for:

Noa's ATK is 21 but table has 20.
Noa's UDF is 13 but table has 12.
Noa's LDF is 11 but table has 12. (I thought these were swapped with Vahn since his is 12)
Noa's INT is 3 but table has 9. (Again I thought swapped with Vahn since his is 9)

Vahn's INT is 9 but table has 15.

The LDF does seem wrong since it has Noa at the lowest LDF. Normally Vahn should be in the middle and Noa have the highest LDF, but meh :P This is why I needed to check the actual starting stats :) I can update my post with the fine-tuned values now. They're probably off by 5-10.

Or I could just ask K7 to enable Excel spreadsheet attachments and then upload them directly.

This spreadsheet is based directly on the information that you have provided and lists out the minimum and maximum possible value for each character's stats for each level from 2-99, based on the distributions that you have specified.
