Part 1: The Beginning

Van opens his eyes, and he realizes he had passed out for an unknown period of time. He takes a few minutes to stretch then continues east to [22,P]. He sees another rogue fighting what seems to be a skeleton of sorts. He takes a few moments to think to himself.

Van finally decides to attack the Skeleton! He charges the Skeleton from a defensive opening with his poor daggers.

DV began to zone out when he felt something almost hit him. A skeleton was right behind him and apparently missed.

"Lets hope dead stuff isnt immune to posion". he said to himself as he lobbed a glob of green energy at his enemy

Olivi:
One of the citizens see Olivi looking around the town. Approaching Olivi, he hears her stomach growl. "Hello young lady! You seem to be new around here, or at least I haven't seen you before! If you need information about the town, Yansen over there could give you some help. And just as a friendly note, there is a tavern on the southeast part of town. They have some delicious food and it only costs 5G to stay the night, but it's well worth it if you need to heal up before venturing back out of town!"

The skeleton shows no emotion with its evil skeleton grin and turns really quick to take a hard swing at Van. It's a critical hit as well!

Olivi looks at the strange gentleman. Normally, she would make some remark about being treated soft because she's a girl, but in her hunger-fueled stupor, she abstains.

Olivi turns around at the man who had approached her. Instinctively, she grabs her weapon, but a second later, she puts it away, sensing that the man means no ill will. "Sorry about that... You startled me. And yes, food would be excellent right now - thank you muchly." Olivi gives the man 1G for his tip as thanks, heads toward the tavern in a noticeably hurried, and attempts to order some food and heal up for the day to come.

One of the the men drinking at the bar turns to see Olivi. He walks up to her, in a drunken state. "Hello there ma'am! Haven't seen you .. *burp* ... excuse me... Haven't seen you around hur! What's your name??"

Olivi looks at the drunkard with an irritated glance. "What do you care? Just leave me alone already - I haven't done a thing to bother you, so please, just go back to whatever it is you were doing."

Olivi mutters something under her breath - "Filthy pig", but it's too quiet to be intelligible to anyone else. She continues on: "Jerks like that are the reason that I absolutely hate coming to this place." She turns to the bartender and thanks him for the room and the food, and takes off. "That stranger from yesterday said something about a man named Yensen who might be able to show me around. Assuming he's no pig like some of these patrons, I should take him up on his offer - I am not in the mood to deal with this clown," referring to the man who she is convinced is trying to hit on her.

A man with a large sign that says "Town Tours!" can be seen ahead of Olivi. He appears to just be sitting and reading some book.

Olivi walks up to the man offering tours.

"Hello, mister. Are you Mr. Yansen? A guy mentioned yesterday when I got into town that you could show me around the town and where the shops are... Would have stopped and asked you yesterday, except that I was pretty hungry." Olivi rubs her stomach, free from the hunger pangs.

"I'm also guessing that you'll want some money for your trouble."

Yansen puts his book to the side. "Yes, hello! Indeed, a tour of the town costs only 5G! I'll tell you everything there is to know about the town at this time. Are you interested?

Olivi nods in the affirmative and hands over the 5G that the man asks for.

"If you don't mind my asking, have there been any strange goings on in recent days? I was recently attacked by some imp-like beings without provocation. Perhaps word on the street has come to you; I'd imagine that word from many travelers and adventurers pass by your ears."
