Ciao :)

Post by Skana » Mon Apr 02, 2012 4:41 pm

Good evening from Italy, my name is Matteo, I'm 20 years old and I live in Venice.

I love Legend of Legaia, it's the best game that I've ever played.

After 10 years that I left the game in a box, four months ago I've restart the game and now I want Juggernaut. I'm inside the Juggernaut, I've equipped one Crimson Book for each character (this take me an entire night, from 1 am to 5am), I'm killing thousands of Spoon/Barra lvl3 (I've earned 15 Life Grails...) and now I'm about the 88 lvl for Vahn, Noa and Gala.

Still 400 battles and I'll take the Juggernaut :) After that I want to bring it to 9 lvl and to use it against Cort at the end (using Juggernaut inside the Juggernaut lol).

There are still some maniac like me? :D

If you want to know, it's more efficient to be fighting on the outside of Juggernaut, killing the parties of Vera x3, Theeder x3, and Gimard x3. The Spoon and Barra fights give more experience, but you can crank out fights on the Juggernaut's exterior in under a minute with a Bad Luck Bell equipped and limiting your attacks to 5-6 standard attacks (no arts). This gives you ~6,000 exp per minute (an average of 5,500 exp per battle, and one battle in 53-54 seconds) , which is 360,000 exp each hour, so it should take about 25 hours in game to get to 10 million experience after factoring the first million or so experience you'll get through the course of the game. I speak from experience on this one.

Good luck to you, and welcome to this site. I'm not always here, but I do stop by every now and again.

Finally I've found my brothers :D I'm really happy to see that in a night three guys have already written in my topic :)

Italian and english are the only two that I think I can speak quite well.
In addition to these, through my work I know other languages like spanish, french, portuguese, german and russian (only simple sentences to flirt with the girls :P).

I'm very glad to see that there's someone crazy like me :) I've tried fighting in every chamber of the Juggernaut and I've choosen the one before the "lungs room" because it's the fastest way to get more exp (10k) in a fight where you have only to type the X button (and besides that I steal from Barra the Guardian Water).
Now I play 2-3 hours in a week, mainly in the weekend when after a party I come home late and I play until morning :D Yes, I'm really really crazy :D
When I play, I don't watch the screen: with my left hand and my eyes I surf on the web while my right hand moves automatic like a robot playing alone to Legend of Legaia :D
I've equipped everyone with the Crimson Book (double experience), two characters with the mettle gem and the evil god medallion and the last character (Gala) with mettle goblet and unlucky bell.
Due to optimize the time, I've also set the auto mode in the options, when I've to fight I've only to press 8 times the X button.

Anyway I think that I'm going to giving a try to your strategy ;)

After hitting around the same level as Skana here, I did the same thing as him and was able to sweep through the spoons and barra's really fast to get my characters hitting lvl 99 much faster than I could on the outside. Not to mention the emulator's "no frame limit" ;)

Oh and welcome!!!

It's something I'll have to consider. If the battles can finish in under 1:30 or so, it might be worth it. I know it's best to level up on the outside when the levels are in the 40-60 range though, simply because the enemies on the outside only have ~1500 HP compared to 3K or more toward the end of the dungeon.

At my level, a fight against barra/spoon (3000HP) take me under a minute and I earn 10k exp... I still think that is the best way to reach the 99 lvl.

Now I'm going for the 95 lvl, I'm so close to the Juggernaut :) I really hope to get it in this weekend :)

By the way, here's a picture of myself, the most italian nerd of Legend of Legaia! :D

That makes sense. I'll have to try that next time I get around to playing through the game...
