Consistently check up on it and steer the overall story towards some sort of goal. You could do this mostly by actually tying everyone together. As it stands, everyone is off randomly doing their own thing.

Red's questions will also be of help. Especially the 5th one.

Seriously, though, get this thang into gear. I'm willing to write better, longer, more progressive posts if I feel this thing is gonna be consistently updated and moved along.
