on like FB and some other sites ive been to they have a chat box, like our, however when a new message comes in it makes a little sound. So I was thinking something that might be cool is like a bing sound that you can turn on and off depending on your mood.

I have thought of this.. But if there are like 10 people on, it'll get really annoying if all you hear is 'ping' for hours.

I went ahead and implemented it. If it does get very obnoxious for people, or myself, I'll consider trying to find a way to make a button to toggle it on or off. But for now, I think this will work.
