Although there are quite a few, I don't know about #12 being one - how many giants do you see in games, anyway? lol. And IDK with #6 either. But the rest of those... yes or pretty close to it.

There actually are sprites in Legaia that look black. As far as I remember they're mostly in Sol Tower with one being in Jeremi. The barkeeps that shake the drink and the referee at the Muscle Dome look black. Plus, there's a picture of a black guy hanging in the theatre.
