Polls, donations, and site work - 09/30/2011

Lol forgot to post this in the forums for discussion.
And, here is another update a month and 10 days later! They just get longer and longer, don't they? Anyway... Let's cut straight to it.
First, because of the recent cheating I had on the poll before the last one, I mentioned that all new polls will be on the forums. As promised, they'll be that way from now on. If you're interested in keeping your opinion on the poll, you'll have to go there from now on. I'll still post a date on this home page for every time a new poll is created. I want to say thank you to those who were honest and voted once per poll and sorry it had to come down to this.
Now secondly, I wanted to mention donations. As a reminder, this site is based off donations. I let it slide for awhile because it was still a new site and obviously I can't expect traffic right away or anything. But I do have in a couple of locations mentioning that this site will survive off donations... That has not changed. Luckily, donations are not necessary monthly - but rather yearly. All donations go straight to the site and are recorded. If the donation target has been passed or reaches its goal, all donations afterwards will be "appreciation" donations rather than site donations... Unless the site is near its expire date. For example, if I suddenly got $150 worth of donations today, any donations until 07/28/2012 would simply be appreciation donations and not towards the site the following year. If I didn't get $150 worth until 06/28/2012, then anything after that day would go straight to the following year. It makes keeping track slightly easier, to be honest. Anyway, this is not a begging statement, just an informative statement for the public so everyone is well aware.
Now lastly, the site work. I've really had little time, as many of you know, to do anything. My priorities have been: School, Work, Programming, then the fan-site. I've barely had any time to even program so it gives you all an idea as to why there's been little activity on the site. I can only hope that things will turn around soon. I haven't forgotten about the site whatsoever, so no worries.
Thanks again to all of you for visiting the site and the very kind compliments I've received in the e-mails and forums. It's because of all of you that I have made this site one of my top priorities. Without all of you, who knows what I would have done with this site
