Forum Request - Allowed File Extensions

I have a spreadsheet that I want to post in the Stat Maxing thread, but I cannot because the ability to post Excel files has been disallowed by the administrator.
Can the file extensions .doc, .docx, .xls, and .xlsx be enabled in the forums to post Word documents and Excel Spreadsheets? That would be muchly appreciated.

If I may ask, why are we allowing them now?
If I recall correctly, we never allowed them due to the chance of getting/spreading a virus or any other harmful substances to the other users.

Although it's possible, I highly doubt it's likely. The main files I won't end up allowing though are any kind of executable or compressed container file. Of course, if a virus is injected into one of the document-like files on here, I'll be more than happy enough to cancel allowing them from then on out.

So you're allowing them until one of us gets a virus? Cool.

lol, just don't click any links inside of the file unless you can trust the person it came from or the source of the file

Well, if that's all, then I guess this topic is due to become locked.
