nah, in general there are a lot of horribly-done voice works. not too sure about funimation's work as a whole though. can't remember all by memory

Well I personally have no problem with dubwork as a whole. I think my main issue is because I watched it in sub first

Byakuya's voice is probably the only positive thing about him imo. I think it's the same guy who did Subby from the new MK...
And Ichigo's voice is not amazing really, and that's only because JYB plays EVERYBODY. He's Ichigo, Lelouch, Yukimura, Nero, Firion, Zero, Xiba, Yang, Guy Cecil, Emil, Ratatosk, and probably a whole bunch more I've missed. When I first heard his voice, I thought it was awesome...then he started popping up everywhere and it got old V_V. Dude has no range.
I also think Rukia, Uryu, Rangiku, and Yoruichi have great voice work.

Well I was just giving my opinion.
Ichigo's voice would've been great had I not heard it in every other Japanese-dubbed work before
