Definitely feels like Rock Man. Street Fighter characters make the game pretty fun. Everyone should try it, it's free!

If anyone wants the boss chain, this is what I used on my last playthrough and it worked great:

Rolento
Urien
Ryu
Chun-Li
C. Viper
Dhalsim
Blanka
Rose

Although I also heard people had an easy time with Blanka as the first boss
