I don't remember which one, but I did like one of the Prince of Persia games...As for Final Fantasy, I've really had no interest in the series. I decided to try 13 out because everyone was like, "IT'S ZO AWESUMMMM" but I found it kind of boring. 90% cinematics, 10% gameplay. Feels more like a movie I'm getting to make choices in.

Don't judge FF on 13. 13 was way to linear. It shouldn't have even been called a Final Fantasy game.

I had played 5 minutes of FF7 before stopping. I still need to at least try it again and go a little farther into it before just quitting

If you didn't like the lack of gameplay then I would really suggest that you don't try Xenosaga. I've heard that there are several multi-hour cutscenes in the first installment.
Also a lot of long time Final Fantasy fans really didn't like 13 from what I could gather. I've only played IV and Tactics. FFT is the only RPG I've actually beaten twice and IV was pretty good, though it got annoying at times. I played I guess about a half of X but ended up not finishing it for some reason.

Yeah, I am a long time FF fan and 13 sucks. It was nowhere close to being what I expect from the series.
And Xenosaga does have some huge cutscenes but still is way better than FF13.

Never got much into Prince of Persia tbh. I liked that new one I played on my cousins 360 though. Final Fantasy on the other hand was a great franchise, unfortunately, its been dying out lately. I feel like ranking and rating them now for some reason. The ones I played anyway.
1. Final Fantasy Tactics - 9/10
2. Final Fantasy X - 9/10
3. Final Fantasy IV - 8/10
4. Final Fantasy VI - 8/10
5. Final Fantasy VII - 7/10
6. Final Fantasy Tactics A2 - 6/10
7. Final Fantasy IX - 5/10
8. Final Fantasy XII - 5/10
9. Final Fantasy VIII - 4/10
A little bit about my rating system. I only use whole numbers, and because I try to use the whole scale, 5 is an average game, and only a handful of games have ever scored a 10.

FF13 is the only one of the series that I would rate below an 8.5 out of 10. I rate it a 7.5 because of how boring and linear it starts. It gets better, but never gets great.
FF8 and FFX are my favorite of the series.
I've only played the first Xenosaga game but I really liked it. I never finished it though...i still need to do that, lol.

i refuse to play FF13, it all went down hill after 10. i might play 11 or 12 but NEVER 13
i like FF9,8,7; even though i never played 8 and 7; i just like the characters un kingdom hearts I & II... more good games..
@K73SK- which POP game? the best was the sands of time because of its plot and actual challenge.... the next best one was the third one which is ironically named the 2 thrones.... then the forgotten sands and the worst being the warrior within; i own the game but i refuse to play it because everyone is telling me why it sucks. so that was a waste of money....
but a gooooood game series is banjo kazooie.... it sounds weird but it the games were really big during my childhood........
