Who has M.U.G.E.N and who can make Legaia characters for it?

If you don't know what it is, its a custom fighting game where you can put characters in it and pit fights against them. I've been trying to get Vahn himself on it.

MUGEN is amazing. You don't need an account, its a program that you can download for free. Resources for it are free too. Just hard part is finding them. Years ago I messed around with this thing and didn't get very far, its not an easy thing to do. But it is definitely the way to go for a Legaia fighting game.
Oh yeah and we'd need a TON of art.

I just barely started workin' on a thing awhile back
But 質 was takin' so 野菜 long'n I had no idea what I was doin' so I put it off for later
