Yeah it's a copy of Smash Bros.

The thing I hate about their whining is that they're dismissing it as trash already, without having played it yet.

I've wanted a Smash Bros game with characters that I grew up with. I didn't grow up with a NES, SNES, or N64. I got a PS1 and a PS2. This game is perfect :D

Yeah I know what you mean. The fact that its pretty much just a carbon copy doesnt really bother me at all, In fact it just makes me sure that ill love it

Yup. I really don't see the big deal; lots of games copied the Smash Bros. style.

But Smash Bros. is a GREAT series...we should have more games like them >_>

Nah I think 2 types is enough. We wouldn't want to go crazy with the clones

We've got quite a few clones already. TMNT Smash-up, Jump Ultimate Stars, Tales of VS, Cartoon Network Punchtime Explosion, etc

Turns out Sony's making a commercial for this game, and it looks like Jak & Daxter are rumored to be in it!
