hey did you guys know i met this guy on a legaia group on fb (hes indoniesian) and he learned english through his multiple play-throughs of legaia
it really do be like that tho

That is definitely pretty exciting. I wonder if one could learn Japanese playing a bunch of JRPG's (with the help of a Japanese-English dictionary)?

I think learning Japanese would be harder because of all the Kanji symbols there are. Going through the dictionary to find one Kanji symbol would take ages - especially since you'd likely skip the one you're looking for, lol. Learn Hiragana, Katakana, and Kanji then you might learn something :]

I already got Hiragana and katakana down Kanji is the hard part.

Kanji is hard, yes... Especially when it comes to trying to learn them from easy -> hard. Many websites seem to throw easy ones later and hard ones early. By the difficulty, I'm referring to usage in common society. For example, I've seen some site trying to use "tabe" for "taberu" WAY later in their teachings when it should really be an early one (taberu = to eat).
