In order to have peace, you need to make everyone else afraid of you. BE able to back up any threats we make against them if they start beefing.

While we're on the subject we need a more strict penalty system from when you break the law.Eye for an eye.. for example, if you kill someone in a horrible way, you'll be executed in an equally horrible way... publicly. If you don't like it, don't watch. If they protest like pussies, they'll be rounded up along with everyone in PETA, religious extremists (or any religious people for that matter), vegans, and Fox news and all its fans and become part of my feed the homeless program.

taxes are fine. Some states might get a tax break every once and a while. The states that give more in federal taxes than they receive back from DC. That means states they get more money than DC sends to them would be S.O.L.... looking at you Mississippi
