One Piece ends with flame war being removed?

Just talk about stuff in general...Doesn't matter what it is.

One Piece ends with flame war being removed?

Post by Nitwit » Mon May 04, 2015 10:46 pm

I think this is the first time that I ever seen crunchy roll remove comments from their article about One Piece of all things. It must of been that bad. XD http://www.crunchyroll.com/anime-news/2 ... e-inspired

I think so. Because some anime fan basically said had One Piece been with another Company other than 4Kids, it would've been recognizable in America.

The company is called 4Kids, so I'm not surprised they screwed it up. I only watched a few episodes of One Piece and I'm not a huge fan, but I'm aware that the uncut version is VASTLY superior. Worst example of censorship that I know of is a scene with a guy holding someone hostage with a gun. He's now holding a small toy-like hammer... Also most guns that were not removed entirely were converted into actual toy guns... How are we supposed to feel about pirates who rape and pillage with toy guns?

As for Crunchyroll, like any big site, they get way more political when they get big and popular. And being political means doing stupid things like making sweeping decisions to label one topic or group of people as a problem without discretion.

I know right? Absolute greed corrupts the absolute power.

I mean they're even funded by the David Rockefeller of the Rockefeller foundation of all things! That guys not even an anime fan yet is funding Crunchyroll with millions of dollars in his pocket.
