Ah yes, The Curse. How did that old legend go again... Oh yeah that's right:
The legend says that whenever someone is promoted a rank, they mysteriously disappear for a fixed amount of time, usually, long enough.
This curse has affected everyone that has ever been promoted (minus the donors, which have been affected in a much more minuscule way). The group that's been hit the hardest is the VIP member for some reason. Everyone that's been promoted at some point just disappears, usually though loss of internet access, accidents, or their "lives" start picking up where they never left off. Lone, for example, disappeared for a good 6-12 months when he was promoted to VIP because "he had to move and thus had no internet" or some jive like that.
Then there's Ram, who also lost internet and disappeared for a few months (having to go to the library to log on).
I was even affected once, but it was before I was even promoted (probably because I'm too smart for it). I lost internet for a while, but I fought heroically against it. Those that don't are usually cursed until K7 once again demotes then, which is usually when they come back.
Buuuut that's water under the bridge now. I'm assuming this RP is going to the trash then, or are we just gonna wait for Iron to come back?
