I am on Chrome. I'm not sure which version, but I presume it is the most up-to-date version.

There's so many different spells in this game. xD I'm constructing a list of all the spell modifiers for LoL and it's taking quite sometime. (Especially since PEC didn't send some of the codes to the emulator like it said it did... I'm going to have to make so many edits on my list. >_>)
