Yeah, i've beaten the game and loaded the save where its before the last boss and i walked all the way back to the beginning but the elevator seems to have been replaced by a chest. Would love to get back to the main map to continue end game stuff.

Yeah that sucks, I hate when games trap you at the end like that when there are sidequests otherwise available. I've done a little research, but nothing so far, and I no longer own this game to check myself.

You should be able to leave just fine...?


You may want to check the Legaia wiki to investigate. I also haven't played Legaia 2 in ages, so I don't know what to tell you.

I've done quite a bit of research and nothing comes up. Actually that's how I stumbled upon this site. I've only found one person who seems the have the same problem but nobody responded to them and the post was over several years ago. I've also checked the wiki and searched countless times for a map but no luck. Sadly I've spend many hours trying to find my way back out and found a rough map on game faqs but yet the elevator that leads me out is replaced by a long curve and a chest. I'll continue my journey in hopes of finding my way out. If anyone knows of any maps or anything everything is greatly appreciated.

EDIT: Found a ladder by the chest I was talking about it blends in very well. More than I remember. Had to watch a couple of to YouTube video walk-throughs to find it. Thanks again!

Glad you figured it out. I was confused cuz i knew you should have been able to leave without difficulty...(and i really need to play this again to work on my guides for it)
