Transferring Skills between accessories

There does not seem to be a guide which covers how different skills transfer between accessories.
I'd like some information about how skill transfers work, so that I might use this information to more completely break open this game.
It's been documented how to craft different accessories, but not much is known about what skills are likely to transfer as a result. Any such information would be greatly useful.
