Let's clone Legend of Legaia.

So I was thinking last night, why don't we remake it? Not on a large scale to where we make a profit on it, but rather make it freeware as a fan-base. Of course, there are legalities in it which we need to follow.
So what we would need is someone who can show they're a 3D artist (not a beginner, but rather someone who could make some pretty nice 3D models). Additionally, we need an audio artist to remake the music and sounds (illegal to copy them from the game for a clone game). Finally, we need to come up with a name for the clone that's similar, but obviously not the same. In other words, "Legaia" cannot be in the title.
There are more aspects to it that I'm researching, but overall, we can definitely make a clone legally. And it'd be rather easy to do with Unity. So I need recruits! People who are willing to work on this project for no profit whatsoever. Only for the fact that they're major fans and would be willing to do it on their free time.
Who's interested? Note that I don't need story writers, designers, etc. because the game itself is already made and we don't need that. We only need people who can program, create 3D and 2D art, and the sounds/music. And of course, experience in Unity is a huge plus (and requirement for programmers).
