Taking protagonists and villains of other video game media, be it a JRPG or what have you, which characters do you think would be good matches against Legaia's protagonists and villains in one vs one battles?

For example, would you like to see Vahn vs Cloud Strife? Akuma vs Songi? Juggernaut vs DMC's Dante? What matches do you think would be great to see?

Juggernaut (Legaia) vs. Sin (FFX) vs. Lavos (Chrono Trigger). That is all.

A few I can think of for now:

Vahn vs Crono (Chrono Trigger): a silent battle...
Vahn with Astral Sword vs Cloud Strife (FFVII): let's compare swords...
Noa vs Chun-Li (Street Fighter): battle of speed and kicks
Noa vs Black Orchid (Killer Instinct): battle of the nimble tonfa wielding girls
Noa vs Ling Xiaoyu (Tekken): battle of the hyperactive kickass girls
Gala vs Nightwolf (Mortal Kombat): axes and thunder
Juggernaut vs Sin (FFX): battle of the giant monsters with cities inside them
Dr. Usha vs Dr. Wily (Mega Man): power of science gone awry...
Zora vs Bellatrix Lestrange (Harry Potter): crazy ladies so in love with their masters yet defeated and tossed aside like old cabbage
Disco King vs Eddy Gordo/Tiger (Tekken): now I know the Disco King isn't a fighter but don't you think he could teach Eddy a couple moves?

Maya vs Lulu (FFX): battle of the lady mages
Maya vs Magus (Chrono Trigger): last living magic wielders from extinct races
Kazan vs Bo' Rai Cho (Mortal Kombat): drunk master battlers
Kazan vs Auron (FFX): again with the master role and being a drunk...
Sharon vs Xena (Xena: Warrior Princess): battle of the sexy female warrior pirates (Xena was a pirate at one point)
Sharon vs Nami (One Piece): this time it's the battle of the weather controlling lady pirates
Ayne vs Ward (FFVIII): battle of the giants and giant weapons
Ayne vs Haggar (Final Fight): also another battle of giants
Velna vs Ultimecia (FFVIII): battle of the magic wielding evil ladies with power over space (Velna) and time (Ultimecia)
Avalon vs Vegeta (DBZ): "My whole race is destroyed... boohoo... But I can still kick こし"

Interesting choices.

Of course, how the battles go depends on whether morals are on or if they're bloodlusted in battle. Bloodlusted Ra-Seru heroes would actually be quite scary, considering Meta, Terra and Ozma all have the capability of doing some telepathic mindr@pe. Their opponents would need to have some serious mental resistance powers.

And perhaps Full summon Meta vs. SSJ4 Goku.

Meta could easily destroy anyone, but Goku can fight even while unconscious, so... yeah.

Sin vs Juggernaut would be like a whale vs a giant dog.

A whale that can fly, use FF magic, and whose skin is poisonous/releases little demon things.

A giant dog that (depending on whether or not its merged with Cort) can drop another celestial body on to a target.

Well taking the battle against JuggerCort into account, Juggernaut's a definite planet buster. Could Sin bust a planet going all out?

Well... Sin did make a massive crater in the planet with that attack (which I believe is gravija)

And I don't think it was all out since it didn't show any sign of fatigue or really any effort. Just "Meh, get away from me, I'm in a bad mood."

Sin's overdrive (Giga-graviton) is an instant game over IIRC, because it basically destroys the world. I think JuggerCort's Final Crisis is a pretty good match-up for it.

With these two, it doesn't really matter who wins, a planet's getting destroyed either way.

As for the Ra-Seru mindr@pe Sise mentioned, I didn't really think about that. But yeah, that's a pretty cool advantage they have over basically everyone who doesn't have psychic abilities.
