mine..

like:

1. Art animation
2. Difficulty( need patience to grow stronger because level up is quite hard and equipments are expensive, but i like this )
3. Strong bossses
4. Horror, dark, sad background
5. I don't need to swap characters since there're only three unlike in final fantasy
6. The music ( especially boss theme, i remember i felt quite tense the first time i fought caruban because the music effect )

hate:

1. Long animation when summon magic ( i hate this, at least give an option to skip it like in legend of dragoon )
2. The art bar have maximum of nine attacks
3. All towns are so gloomy and haunted by disaster except vidna
4. Magics are not really useful because they don't cause too much damage and require a lot of mp
5. Not too many side quests...
6. The story isn't quite rich

Well my likes are rather like yours.

My hate list is also similar, only few differences is:

Not enough arts to fill my needs
No variable arts. L2 raised my expectations now >__>
Inflation in Legaia is ridiculous >__>

In no particular order.

Dislikes
Lv1 Gala
Long crawling animations for worm/slime enemies
More palette-swaps than I would have liked (an RPG staple)
Comms were not included in the final product
Some bosses could have done without charge moves
Karisto Kingdom doesn't have an absorbable Fire Seru

I enjoy the long castings. It gives seru leveling more challenging. It would be boring without them. Beside I never once used the skip option on lod, in fact I criticize my sister for using it.

I dislike the long casting animations. There's other, more productive things I could do with my life than watch the same animation 40 times in the course of an hour. I could solve complicated economics theorems. Or get more sleep.

Most likely the latter.

Legaia 2 long animations are much worse. A battle that would take 10 seconds on LoL takes 2 minutes on Legaia 2...

Like Sise said, lvl1 Gala
All 3 characters turning to stone
Drake Castle (I just never liked it)
Not enough minigames or things to do

I have to disagree, there may notbe much to do but the things you an do take up much time and are fun. EXCEPT F-ING FISHING! I HATE THAT S**T.

Having only seen the battles via You Tube for Legaia II, I have to agree here. Look at the time spent on Lang's Mystic Art. Then compare it to how long Vahn's Miracle art lasts. There's a not insubstantial difference.

Now, if you want to talk about the length of the Raynof or (not-so) Mighty Balkan battles, I'd have to concede your point without argument.

Mystic arts are alittle longer, yes, but their are much more powerful than Miracle arts, so its not surprising tbh.

Now, if you want to talk about the length of the Raynof or (not-so) Mighty Balkan battles, I'd have to concede your point without argument.

Granted, some of those got annoying. But they're no Songi lvl 3 battle
That battle took me about a good 10-15 minutes
Those battles took me about 5-8 minutes each.
