What are they talking about?

So I was cleaning up my drives when i saw this text file which contains some text about thedialogue of Lol characters while in battle. I remember someone from the youtube originally said this and I saved it on a text file.
iku ze tornado flame
-ready!
kimeru = to decide (maybe he's saying, "decide now, run and live or fight me and die?" HAHA)
kore de no ka = what about this?
maji de iku ze = I'm going seriously!
moratta = take this! (It's in past tense.. don't know why)
saseru ka? = I'm not sure but he's like saying, "what? you're going to fight, huh?" coz saseru means to make someone do something
shimatta = 野菜 it!(I never thought he could say such thing!XD Said when he failed to hit)
mada mada = not yet!(finished
kore de mo *kyareyare = this also *I can't understand that kyareyare. I'm not even sure if it's kyareyare!XD But "yare" is like "oh! dear!"
kurae - eat this
Noa:
atare..
gomen na = sorry!
kore de oshimai = this will end this(the fight/uhm, "oshimai" is used as "the end" in fairy tales!ö)
dou da = take this!
kore nara dou da = how about this?!
iku yo = here I come!
se no = let's begin(i'm not sure about this.. =/)

Well I don't have any info but i am curious who says those first few lines. The ones between Noa and tornado flame. I assume it's Vahn but i wanna make sure.

Yea they are mostly Vahn's I couldd recognize most of them
however I'm not so sure with these:
maji de iku ze = I'm going seriously!
-can't remember the maji de just the iku ze. which sounds like ikze in game
moratta = take this! (It's in past tense.. don't know why)
-I strongly believe this is Gala's.

My Japanese is pretty bad, but for now here are some quotes relating to/by Songi (<3):
Songi, upon beating Gala: Teki ja nee! = Aren't you typical!
Songi, upon beating the Ra-Seru heroes: Zama nee naa! = Aren't you pathetic!
Gala, upon beating Songi in the Seru-kai: Naze da, Songi? = Why, Songi?

I always thought this was a cool feature when I played the game
If they ever remade this game, would they have to use other VAs?
