Now this is unlikely that it'll ever happen. But... Given the chance that the series been in dormant for almost 16 years now! I'm doubt many people would vote for vahn due to being an obscure series. But I'm interested in seeing your thoughts on the idea? I'm not saying much but here's the link to the website that'll let you vote for any video game character from any series. I would say first party is unlikely, but I was proven them wrong before when Phil Spencer said he would like to see Banjo Kazooie joining the ranks in Smash Bros. I think he'd be a good fit for SSB. Of course, I doubt many people would even recognize Vahn aside from Legaia's very small fanbase.

I don't think Banjo-Kazooie will be in either. I'm pretty sure Microsoft owns them now (and has done almost nothing with them).

I'm a bit surprised they're doing a poll already. SSB4 hasn't even been out for a year. I still think if they were going to add Banjo-Kazooie, they would've done it a few years ago. Of course, I also didn't expect Duck Hunt, so I guess it's possible.

I'm hopping the fanbase actually knows that there's a poll that Nintendo is doing and try to even spam Vahn or Noa in the game. Maybe even Gala as well. lol For the villain representative, they either have to vote for Cort or Songi. The latter of which had made more appearances in the game while the man behind the misk was only foreshadowed until the end of the dungeon. Maybe Fans are already doing it right now and we may not know that until Masahiro Sakurai reveal the poll for the most likely characters to appear in the game as DLC.

Banjo and Kazooie pre-Nuts & Bolts would be dope.

You could always write to Nintendo about why this game is important to your childhood, and, that it's the Earthbound of the Playstation era.

Well you can write it online on their smash bros site. Maybe they may see how many fans still exist for that game? lol

I'm sure they get character requests all the time. They probably wouldn't take time out of they're day to figure out who Vahn is.
