You guys also need to remember that the flying train never specifies exactly how far it goes to get to the other land. For all we knew, it's some tramway system that's hundreds to thousands of miles long.

I actually started writing a fan fic for legaia that implemented another continent across the sea. I thought it fit in pretty good with the story so I dont see why it could be true

Well one hint the game gives about how large the continents are (or at least how fast the heroes can travel on foot) is Mrs. Usha's diary. It says on the 16th day of Bounty month that they saw the Genesis Tree's light shoot up in the sky at Sol Tower. Then she writes on the 19th day that the heroes have arrived at the research center...So three days on foot to encircle the mountain and arrive at URC.
Though I wonder how fast the heroes are with travel. During battle they're extremely quick and agile, but they don't really have any long distance running speed feats.

I remember that, I didn't think that could actually express the distance tho.
