Nope, was way before that. Prices were jacked up, yet I remember being a handful of NES games because they had them in piles in these metal cage things, like at Wal-Mart with their big boxes of old unwanted movies. They were only like 10-25¢.

What's funny, is I always learn something new in the first Legend of Legaia that I didn't know or find before... :)
