Re: What Game Mechanics would you like to know?
I'm guessing that they are the left bit-shift and right bit-shift; i.e. x << n is shorthand for x * 2^n and x >> n is shorthand for x / (2^n) then? Yes. That's cuz << or >> are number shifts, so when you do a shift in base 2 (binary), you multiple or divide by 2 for each shift (left or right), like...

Re: All Enemy Stats
I doubt it's a CRC. The prokion team is not that advanced. I started to think so too, so I decided to replace an enemy block with some other enemy block, like Gilium lvl 2 instead of Gilium lvl 1. It worked fine... so next step was to edit the stats in order to be like a Gilium lvl 1 and got ...

Re: All Enemy Stats
Puera3 should have 0xdc9 for experience read in. But then there's just a flat added += 0x700 to that so you end up with 0x14c9 (5,321). Then you do your standard 1/4th cut on exp for NA version of the game and you get 3,991. Yeah I thought the same thing (adding 07h to 0dh in order to obtain 14h), ...

Re: Item Drops & Steals
Looks like you're well on your way to uncovering game secrets though :) Nah, I am just a code butcher, all my progress is only because you did all the hard work, and hopefully you are still around ;) . My first playthrough was 16 years ago, I was a kid, and all LoL fans should be eternally grateful...

Re: Item Drops & Steals
I don't think I ever saved where that was on the game files. The table gets loaded into memory of the playstation at 0x77829. Indeed, thanks. Here it is: 00 FF 1E 7E 19 7F 14 F2 1E 78 1E 7B 1E 79 1E 77 1E 78 14 F3 1E 77 1E 79 1E 7D 1E 8A 1E 8A 1E 8A 1E 8B 1E 8C 1E 8D 1E 77 1E 78 14 FC 1E A3 1E A3 1...

Re: Honey
And no, if you give the honey to Nene, the flag is 03, if you go back and get the honey again it is 02, for instance. So there is a difference. They could have just unset the flag for "losing" it to Nene which would enable you to get it again so that makes me think they intended it to hav...

Re: Item Drops & Steals
But here's the thing, the game does have one calculation that look like it was designed for an amplifier to steal. Whether or not it's in the game is uncertain but I see it takes the base steal % and multiplies it by 1. That number may have been meant for an accessory that boosts your steal % by 2 ...

Re: Is "x" possible with just a Hex Editor?
yeah... a lot of fun... every time i have to read this kind of binary data i have a strong desire to kill. Anyway thanks for making it more clear, like each enemy has its own data reader. Since it a pain to read simple data, I believe it would be a mess to find the percentages and the item type each...

Re: Is "x" possible with just a Hex Editor?
So the data pointer is 0x38AF000 for the first enemy inside the PROT.DAT file. From there, 24 bytes in are two bytes that refer to it's type. F7 in the case of the first enemy and from that I figure out how to read all the stats. Next two bytes are 0x52 which is the HP value of 82. Yada yada yada F...
